Got to love Crystal Windows! Their series 200 windows are always a pretty sight when I install them into houses that I'm working on.

Incredible Experience 12/29/2011

My company has been in the Glass Business for over 90 years, so you can only imagine how many Window Manufactures we have dealt with in the past. With that said, I am proud to be a Crystal Window supplier. Our experience dealing with Rob Dorsky has been such a good one, whereas they have helped us grow our business at the same time. I can't imagine working with a company that will provide better service and product for such competitive pricing. I would highly reccommend anyone serious about being successful in our industry to work with Crystal Windows. more

Job well done 6/10/2011

Well, I don't usually write reviews but I'm trying to become more tech savvy and I'm doing this in return for a job well done. First of all, I've recently had some windows replaced with Crystal Window brand windows just in time for the summer. My contractor highly recommended them and now I can see why. After the job was done my house is much cooler now that my windows DON'T leak out. The past few days when the heat was ridiculous were not as painful. Their products are a real life saver. Very much appreciated. I even wrote them a letter and they sent me a nice little goody bag. Definitely a people friendly company! more

Didn't buy their windows but great service! 3/13/2011

I recently moved into a condo in Manhattan that had windows made by Crystal. One of the windows had a broken balance. Called Crystal and they notified me that the windows are out of warranty and I should check with my super to see if he can replace it. My husband checked with the maintenance super and they confirmed that the windows were installed quite a while ago. Of course the super also didn't have a balance to replace and didn't seem helpful. I have children at home so this must be taken care of. I called Crystal again and explained to them my concern. The service rep, Ben, was extremely understanding and since he had service tech in my area (upper east side), he sent the tech over and my problem was fixed in half an hour. Kudos to Crystal Windows and to Ben! Very happy with their service and understanding! more

Satisfaction Achieved! 1/12/2011

I just want to let you know how happy I am with the service Crystal Window provided. I purchased a bathroom window in Sept. (which I happen to like very much) and in Dec. noticed a vein-like crack in it. I called the service dept., and they were very comforting in assuring me that Crystal Windows will honor their warranty, and they set up a service appt. The serviceman arrived on the scheduled day within the hour advised me, he was courteous (he even took off his shoes when entering the house -- they were wet and full of snow), neat and professional. It feels good to know there are still companies like Crystal Windows that take pride in their business. I will not hesitate at all to recommend Crystal Windows to my friends. Thank you. more

Outstandingly Satisfied!!! 9/10/2010

I am extremely satisfied with my decision as a homeowner when I went to get my windows replaced. I can actually be proud of my renovated house & the windows are just the icing on the cake. I also qualified for a tax cut, that money is going straight to my ""retirement fund"" if you know what I mean! Highly recommend their windows & will have my repeat business for years! more

Great Windows! 8/26/2010

I replaced 23 windows in my house recently with Crystal windows. My contractor Ed recommended them to me saying they are one of the best windows around. I was looking at windows at Homedepot at first but after Ed took me to Crystal Window's showroom and seeing the windows there, I feel the build is more solid. The staff there was also friendly and helpful. I have my new windows for a month and I couldn't been happier. They made a big difference during the hot days with their energy (low e?) saving glass. My sister-in-law is also looking to buy new windows and guess who I am going to recommend to her! more
