Can't Miss this Gem 9/21/2010

My wife and I wanted to try something new and did a search on Citysearch. We found this Gem of a Restaurant in Lake Forest! Hard to find, but worth knowing about. We loved the food, ambiance, and service was exceptional. Everything was wonderful! We even took our friends another time, who love Crush Restaurant as well. What a surprise when you receive a complimentary glass of Champagne upon arrival. What a classy touch! more

Crush Wine Bar has a simple approach with an eclectic menu. There is much care in our food; everything is homemade and our Lamb, Halibut and Scampi are delectable! Our food is meant to be savored & enjoyed with those you love. Crush Wine Bar is in the same location where Chef Albert used to frequent his future wife's family Restaurant. There is an emotional tie to this location in Lake Forest. Albert has handpicked 200 wines, with a choice for every palate and dish. An on-site sommelier is more than happy to offer suggestions. Albert will make sure your visit is an enjoyable experience!
