I've used 5 Star Cruise Planners for about six or seven years, and I've booked three or four cruises with them. Christine seems to be pretty responsive, and the service is pretty comparable with other prices. It's been a great overall experience! more

5 Star Cruise Planners is the best cruise planner we've ever used. Christine is so informative, friendly, and on top of everything. She is really helpful when it comes to giving us tips to save money with certain services. She gets us the best deals and handles all of our reservations with great care. She's also very responsive and overall a pleasure to work with. I'd definitely recommend her! more

5 Star Cruise Planners has given me the best value over the years. Christine is very thorough, professional, and responsive. I've used her services for eight years and she has been extremely helpful the whole way. She is the person to call if you want a truly stress-free experience with booking a wonderful cruise. She found a really good one for me in Alaska. She's patient, nice, and understanding, which is everything I need in a cruise planner. I've recommended her to all of my friends and plan on using her in the near future. more

5 Star Cruise Planners deserves its name. Christine is just the best. Her followup is amazing and she's always there 24 hours a day. If I email her, she's very quick to respond to answer all of the questions I might have. I've been using her for six years and she coordinates every one of my cruises for me in an excellent manner. The prices are great and the quality of the service is outstanding. I deeply appreciate the gratuity of everything she does for me and would definitely recommend her. more

Highly recommended without question 1/2/2014

Christine has been an absolutely wonderful cruise planner to my family and I for the past 10 years. She's very personable, organized, and has always scheduled amazing cruises for us. She is always able to find good deals for us within our budget and gives us several helpful tips to prepare for our trips. Everything she has booked gets taken care of properly and we have a great time. She's definitely someone that I will use time and time again. more

Stress-free cruise planning 12/27/2013

5 Star Cruise Planners is the way to go. My daughter recommended them to me and their service has been stellar. Christine has been my cruise planner for three years now and she's just great. We tell her where we want to go and what kind of cabin we'd like and she does the work from there. She's very organized, courteous, and overall a pleasure to work with. She doesn't disappoint with providing us an amazing trip every time. I have recommended them to several of my friends already. more

Good experience 12/9/2013

The cruise went fine. 5 Star Cruise Planners organized it fine. When we got there, I would preferred non-stop flights to the ship and leaving the ship between Seattle and San Diego and from Fort Lauderdale to Seattle. Neither were direct flights and that bothered me a bit. Matt Andrews more

Christine makes your experience worry-free. 11/27/2013

Christine from 5 Star Cruise Planners has always been able to answer all of our questions. She's on top of things. We've never had to worry about anything. We've been using 5 Star for about five years. This is our second or third cruise with them. The first one was a Panama Canal cruise, then we did a western Caribbean cruse, and now we're going to do an eastern Caribbean cruise. We booked all of those through Christine. She's taken care of absolutely everything. She's someone you can totally trust and count on to get the job done. more
