Over The Top 9/3/2010

I loke so many things about this hotel, the pool, laundry, staff. The walk is a little long BUT Booking a loud muffle roaring T car group while booking a group for business meetings that are very demanding was a nightmare for me. I had to call to your kind staff over, and over then security, then ear plugs and went on through the night. It was over the top. more

One of the best Hotels I've visited, the Staff was great, David York, the General Manager, Dawn the waitress in the restaurant, Said, the van driver, Tamika in the gift shop and the entire housekeeping department, and hats off to Patricia McKinney. more

thoroughly impressed 5/24/2010

I attended a private event at the Crowne Plaza Hotel and was thoroughly impressed with the services received as a guest of the hotel. The staff was professional and courteous and anticipated my every need. The food served at the event was simply ‘dalish’ - perfect temperature and what a great presentation. The small things are typically, what keeps me coming back to a hotel and one of my friends spilled red wine on her white blouse and the waiter immediately came to her rescue with a stain remover pen. The event manager made it a point to address any guest concerns promptly. This was my first trip to Colorado Springs and the hotel ambiance and guess services made it a trip worth taking. I will definitely be booking a room for my next trip to Colorado at the Crowne Plaza Hotel and would highly recommend the hotel to anyone traveling to the area. more

We found the Crowne Plaza to an excellent hotel. The room was spacious, the bed excellent and the staff quite helpful. it was conveniently located right off the interstate. if we return to Colorado Springs, we will make it a point to stay at the Crowne Plaza. I rate it 5 stars! more

very beautiful pool areas and landscaping 5/17/2010

We enjoyed all the amentities and updates in tis hotel - very beautiful pool areas and landscaping. Comfy beds and nicely updated decor in rooms. The location is convenient to many tourist sites, but is very close to I-25, which is not a problem unless your room faces it. We had a not-so-great-view from our original room, and asked if we could move to a room overlooking the outdoor pool/courtyard, and they promptly accomodated us for no extra charge. more
