I dont have any loved ones at this facility or anyone I know. What I do know is that I called to find out about donating a Christmas gift to a resident that may or may not have any loved ones and was left on hold for 16 minutes. If there phone skills lack as much as this, there is no telling how negligent they are to residents that stay there. I work in a nursing home facility. I was calling for family in the area that wanted to donate or adopt a resident like we do at my facility. Its pretty obvious in my mind what kind of care they provide
