Crown Car Wash

Worst car wash ever. Paid $15.95, didn't wipe down any of the interior or my rims. I can get a car wash at jack Schmidt for $14 and it comes out clean as a whistle. I stopped and tried it because it was veteran owned. I will never go back. I should have washed it myself. more

I went to Crown Car Wash on 7/10/11 and had the best service I could ask for. I was unaware that you had to pull your car around to the back before your wash, however, the cashier assisted me by having a young gentleman drive my car to the back for me. After I picked the wash I liked, I was skeptical if the paint on the outside of my car would come off, which I really needed, because a week before I accidentally drove through a construction zone. When my car was finished and ready to be checked over, there was no paint to be seen anywhere on my car. I had gone to a different car wash before I tried Crown, and it was quite obvious that not all of the white paint had come off of my black car. Hence, I went to Crown and it was gone! I am going back in a week or two to buy a car wash package so I can bring my new black Honda Accord back as often as possible! I advise anyone to at least give them a chance! more

You don't get your moneys worth...overpriced for the poor quality of work that they do...I will never go there again. more

Sunday, March 7, 2010 I purchased the super clean package for $44.95 (SUVs and trucks pay about $5 more for this service). I have never paid that much for a car wash but I purchased a previously owned vehicle and wanted a good cleaning. That I did not receive. The young lady that cleaned the interior of the car was polite but did not do a good job. I had to redirect her attention to certain areas of my car 3 times and finally just got frustrated. Firstly, when she brought me over to my mini SUV the trunk which is open and visible unlike a car had not been cleaned, the seats were not cleaned and partions of under the back seats still had crumbs and the door holder on the driver side was not clean. She brushed over those items but still not a good job. I thought maybe the vacuum was not strong enough so I turned it on myself and went over the rear and it picked up well so it was not that she just half did a job. I normally always tip but I could not allow myself to tip someone that did not take the time and effort to complete the job. There are a number of young people that was working there and I sure hope all of the other workers are not like this young lady. From my personal experience I would not recommend this place. My sister after the fact told me she got a regular $12 car wash at Natural Bridge & Hanley that was a much better job. Pros: Friendly Cons: Do not properly clean vehicle more
