Terrible Wait Times 6/24/2011

I had the same experience as the other reviewer (this was a couple of years ago). Dr Whitaker was friendly, I really did like her as a doctor. However, after a few visits, I was absolutely disgusted at the wait times. You don't want to wait 2 1/2 hours (with an appointment!) to be seen. Imagine being sick and having to wait between 1 1/2- 2 1/2 hours?????? Ridiculous. I undestand that there are fewer doctors in the state of MD but there has got to be a way to improve these wait times. I found a new doctor who doesn't make me wait even 5 minutes. more

DO NOT GO HERE (Unless you like waiting literally hours for your appointment) 8/27/2007

I went to Crofton Medical Group for a routine medical issue - an ear infection. The first time I went, I waited 30 minutes before I was seen, whereupon I waited 40 minutes to be seen by the doctor, who spent less than 5 minutes checking me out to diagnose me and write a prescription (without asking my input). Cons: Outdated facility, ridiculous & obscene waiting room time, incompetent office staff more
