I had taken several of my dogs to them over the past several years and never had an issue. The dogs had always left their place looking fantastic. They were even nice people. However, Emily unintentionally injured my 95 lb 13 year old dog in March 2013 by letting him jump out of the bathtub (she didn't have him restrained nor did she have anyone help her despite my several warnings that he had never been to a groomer and did not like baths). At first she was extremely apologetic and insisted on paying the vet bills. I even made a deal with Emily that she could just groom my other dogs until the vet bill was paid off. However, once I took them the vet bills they were terribly rude and unprofessional. She even told me not to bring my other dogs to them. We are in the process now (9 months later) of trying to make them pay for their mistake. I would NEVER take another animal back to them based on their actions after injuring my dog. I know it was a mistake and I was sympathetic to that, but their lack of cooperation and total unprofessionalism after the fact has sealed the deal that they are not a reputable grooming company. My senior dog can only walk IF he has a dog splint on. He wears this 24 hours a day/7 days a week. This is his remaining life now, thanks to a simple mistake made by Emily. Please do not take your animal to them.
