In the past six years, I have purchased/leased several Honda vehicles from Victor Castro at your dealership. As always, it is such a wonderful experience working with him. Although Herson's Honda is very close to our home, our reason for returning to your dealership is because of our previous purchase \r experiences with Victor. \r We have a lot of experience purchasing vehicles. As you can imagine, we have met all types of sales staff. NEVER, in all our years of purchasing vehicles, including from other Honda Dealerships, have we ever enjoyed such a wonderful experience buying our Honda's or met such a wonderful person as Victor. \r Victor goes above and beyond what is required to sell a vehicle. He is courteous, professional and very knowledgeable not to mention patient. He displays excitement about the vehicle he sells and enjoys showing all the wonderful features it has no matter how long it takes. He makes sure we get the \r vehicle we want no matter how many vehicles we may consider for purchase. During our transaction, Victor went out of his way to make sure we were happy. He accommodated us in every way without hesitation. \r Words really cannot convey how wonderful he made our purchase experience. Not only is he an excellent salesman, he is also a very honest and trustworthy person. Believe me, this is very rare! My husband and I trusted him completely. We knew we would be treated honestly and respectfully. Victor made sure our concerns and needs were met. He made the transaction about us and not about \r the sale. We have referred him to family members, friends and neighbors. We know that anyone we send to Victor will be treated in the same manner as we were. \r We just wanted to share with you how we felt about Victor and our purchasing experience. Our sales person was absolutely AWESOME!!! He made our buying experience fun and easy. His service and genuine personality made the whole experience for us. Then, on top of that when there was a little snag he jumped right on it and made it RIGHT! Now that is customer service. What really made him great is when things weren’t perfect he went the extra mile to make it better. Anyone can strive for perfection, that’s not what makes someone great! worst service ever! i got my vehicle and it looked alright in the dark, i remembered asking the salesman if the car had any major scratches or dents. He told me nothing was wrong, the car was in great shape. So i trusted him even thought i was purchasing the vehicle from out of state. within the 1st month of using the vehicle I noticed that while in 4X4 the suv started to make a loud clicking sound and also now everytime i go past 2,000 RPM which is not hard at all the engine rumbles the entire vehicle and vibrates my engine. i asked them and all they could say was sorry, you had a 1 month warranty blah, blah, blah. GOT ME GOOD. DONT BUY FROM HERE! more

I finally got me a Nissan Maxima and I love every second of it. Criswell Nissan made all of this happen and I couldn’t be any more satisfied with the process! more

Nothing but bad experiences. The first time I took my Nissan into Criswell, one of the hub cabs was a bit loose. I asked if they could fix it ... they broke it instead. $80 for a replacement, which wasn't covered. The second time, I went in for an inspection just before my 30,000 mile warranty was up. No problems, they said. Three weeks later, the guys doing my oil change pointed out a cracked boot on my axle ... a crack that had pretty clearly been there for over a month. The response from Criswell: We'll we didn't check that. Are you kidding me? Their lack of attention to detail, responsibility and interest in actual customer service cost me $300 this time, and their response on the phone when I called was a lippy: well, what do you expect us to do about it? If you value your vehicle and your wallet, find a garage where the management values protecting your vehicle, too. more

I just bought a 2010 Nissan Maxima from Criswell Nissan and I absolutely love the heck out of it! Fred and the rest of the guys at Criswell made my experience totally worth while. He was friendly but not at all pushy. I called Fred before coming on the lot to let him know what vehicles I was interested in and he told me he would have them all ready for test drive when I got there. He gave me a really outstanding deal on the Maxima and the car is so beautiful. Thanks so much Criswell for all of your hard work and perseverance in getting me in a great car. We did a multiple new vehicle purchase from this Dealership, and got slipped a ""Mickey"" on a couple of useless warranties, on each car, after scrutinizing the purchase orders. Fine, we may have been negligent in not checking the purchase orders on the spot (even though we declined them during the Finance Manager's conference), but now trying to get these warranties cancelled seems to be quite a project. We went in 4 months ago to have the cancellation effective, and the pro rated balances credited to the loan principal, and these guys just refuse to cancel these contracts. I understand these Finance Managers are commissioned on all these add ons, but they just keep giving the run around to cancel these ""policies"". We would stop at no end to get this done as of the initial date the cancellation was requested. In short, I would never visit this dealership again not even for the supposed free oil changes. Cons: Watch out for useless warranties more

My son and I recently visited Criswell Nissan in Germantown to look for a used car for him who is attending college out of state. This was a very important purchase for us because I would feel more comfortable if he had a car he could rely on since he was going to be somewhat far from home. A good, reliable used car is hard to find these days, especially one that is eligible for an extended warranty to cover any future repairs he may have. We were very impressed with the knowledge of this sales associate and the length of time he spent with us prior to the sale of his car. We were given the opportunity to drive several models and finally settled on a 2006 Nissan Maxima. My son loves his new car so much! Thanks Criswell!!! I had a super buying experience with Criswell Nissan. Everything was perfect from when I put in the request over the internet to when I drove my new Nissan Altima off the lot. I have to mention that I went with the one with all the bells and whistles, leather seats, V6 engine, and power everything!!! They were very considerate and helped me at every turn. They showed me everything I never knew about Nissans and gave me an incredible deal. I would highly recommend them as a dealership to all my friends. My best friend told me to go there and he was totally right. He's never had a problem with the service department or anything there, and has almost 150K miles on his Nissan... Just bought a brand new 2010 Nissan Armada and I am loving every bit of it! I drive out of town quite a bit with friends and to visit family but nothing I mean nothing compares to the comfort level I got from this truck.
