I recently had the pleasure of buying two Honda automobiles for myself and my wife from your dealership. I cannot consider he transaction completed without letting you know of our pleasure of working with your helpful and skilled sales staff. They made what might have been a difficult and tension-fraught experience a smooth, confident, and pleasurable experience. I mention below the person I dealt with and whom I especially wish to commend. We felt particularly welcome and will looked after in the sales and finance processes, by these outstanding employees. Outstanding 5/9/2011

My experience with Criswell and Victor Castro was outstanding. As a car buying veteran and former car salesman, I know my way around a dealer and a deal, and am always ready to mix-it-up in order to get what I want. However, I am the case of Criswell and Victor Castro that same experience told me I was dealing with a sales professional of the utmost honesty and integrity, which allowed me to relax and enjoy the car buying experience. Victor made it easy and this was perhaps the best car buying experience I have ever had- and I?ve had 14 that I can count, which includes cars for me, family and friends. Hat?s off to Victor and Criswell. I?ll be back in Germantown and Criswell for my next car. more

Just wanted to let you know that my experience at Criswell was a good one? This was my third time coming in for service. Robert was very helpful, the shuttle was good too. I really like the shuttle because I did not miss any work time. more

I recall that when I first called Mr. McClay about buying two Hondas for myself and my wife you told me I would find your dealership a friendly and helpful place. Those words encouraged me, especially when I found them to be the simple truth. I was greatly impressed by the operation of your dealership, its appearance, and stock, and ?most of all by the friendliness and helpfulness of your staff, especially those whom I will name further. What can I say about our Accord and Civic SI? They are increasingly a source of joy to us. I heartily wish you continued success with your great business. Honda?s will forever be my all time favorite vehicles! Apart from the vehicles I believe the service should be outstanding. It was quite difficult to find a Honda dealership that would have a good selection and also great customer service? Criswell Honda absolutely met my expectations, great customer service and an awesome selection of Honda vehicles! I will 100% feel comfortable recommending Criswell Honda! more

When arriving at Criswell Honda, I was very worried that my credit history will create a problem and prevent me from getting the car I?ve been wanting. Thank goodness for Johnna Nagiecki and her strong background in the financing business, and I was able to purchase the pre-owned 2007 Cadillac on the same day! more
