This branch of Verizon has extremely poor customer service. I went in trying to exchange my phone within the 30-day trail period, and spent over 45 minutes in the store while accomplishing nothing. On the phone before I went to the store, I was told that since my phone was defective, all I needed to do was bring the phone in to exchange it for a new one. No receipt, no packaging, nothing required (since all of the information was on my online account). When I got to the store, the sign-in person asked what I was there for and told me it would be a 10-15 minute wait. After waiting 45 minutes, I finally was able to speak to a customer service person who told me that since I didn't have the receipt, the box, and everything that came with it, they could do nothing. Not only was I irritated that this information completely differed from what I was told on the phone, but I had also spent over 45 minutes waiting, when the initial person I spoke with should have told me to come back with the necessary items. In addition, every worker in the store had bad attitudes, and one of them even complained about the other workers to me while I was waiting...not professional.
Pros: Verizon is great overall, just not this branch
