Excellent service 5/15/2010

My wife and I both take our cars to Creech Import for repairs and service. Every time has been a great experience. Everyone if very knowledgeable and upfront with what has to be done ,the cost, and the time it will take to complete. I would highly recommend their service to anyone. more

Top Notch 5/14/2010

I have been taking all my vehicles to Creech since 1994 and have never been disappointed in their work. In my first experience with Creech, they helped me with a warranty issue that Isuzu was refusing to cover. They figured out the problem, lobbied Isuzu on my behalf and eventually I got a new transmission. They always treat me professionally, have a great facility and their automotive work is second to none. It is great to have a repair shop that you can trust to treat you right. more

Very Friendly Auto Repair Shop 10/30/2009

I bought a car from a local dealer in town and after a week of owning this car I had issues with the Electronic Power Steering. The dealers warrantY services told me to take it to this garage because they honor their warranties. When this occurs you are usually sent to some crappy garage with poor service, and bad mechanics. But Creech was different, they are very friendly, very helpful and sensitive to your needs. They also have a very nice waiting room. They are also capable on working on new and advanced electronic systems on your car. What was unusual is that they call you! They actually call you to keep you updated on the status of your car. They even call you when they're finished so you can promptly pick it up. They replaced the parts in my steering column and replaced my intermediate steering rod (because it was making clunking noises everytime I steered). I saw the bill they were billing the warranty company and it was very reasonable. GOOD JOB! Pros: Very Friendly, They update you on the status of your car. Cons: NONE more

GREAT AUTOMOTIVE REPAIR SHOP 9/16/2009

It was my first time in Creech Import Repair and my 1st impression was good. Their lobby was better than most dealerships. When they called me to address my concerns they let me know what it would take it fix my vehicle. They also informed me of any other maintenance and repairs they saw on my car. I was told that everything did not have to be done at this time. I felt they were very honest and caring about me and my vehicle. I will be back to finish the repairs on this vehicle and had them to look at my other vehicles. Pros: VERY NICE LOBBY Cons: NONE more

Great service, large clean waiting area, honest staff. All around great experience. Would recommend to others.\r Their prices are very reasonable. Dropped vehicle off in the morning and it was ready when they said it would be and to the exact penny they had estimated. more

Highly recommend to all my friends and family 9/14/2009

Extremely impressed with waiting area, staff and faciity. They are very honest, the waiting area and bathrooms were very clean. I felt like I was at home in my den while waiting for repairs. Pros: Very honest and knowledgeable and friendly Cons: Not open on weekends more

I WAS RECOMMENDED TO CREECH IMPORT REPAIR BY THOMPSON CAD. ISUZU,ON ARRIVAL I WAS PLEASED TO FIND THE CLEANEST,MOST PROFESSIONAL SHOP I HAVE EVER BEEN TO,THE DIAGNOSIS WAS FAST AND FAIR AND THE REPAIR WAS DONE AND HAS BEEN COMPLETED THE SAME DAY,EVERY ONE AT CREECH THAT I HAVE MET HAS BEEN GREAT, I AM NEVER WORRIED ABOUT BEING TAKEN WHEN DROPPING OF MY CAR IN CREECH'S HANDS.
