We used Creative Windows By Carol in our old house and again we were extremely satisfied with their installation of shutters and blinds in our new home. Estimate, ordering and installation were done in a timely and professional manner. One blind was reordered and installed due to the wrong color being shipped. Lifetime warranty. Would use them again and recommend them highly. more

Window Treatment Store 7/25/2013

This is a 2nd time we were using Creative Windows By Carol . First time we used them 13 years ago and 2nd time about a month ago. Both times they presented us with best possible price, options and outstanding customer service. They are very prompt responding and even if mistake is made, they are so fast to fix it. Some of our frinds used them as well and were very happy about price and services. I would strongly recommend using them to everyone. more

The young man who installed the blinds arrived on time and worked rather quickly. I was really impressed by how quickly he was able to get the job done, while working alone. more

I cannot tell you how happy I was with the entire Creative Windows By Carol experience. I had a salesperson come out to show me what Window Treatments and Carpet Creative Windows By Carol had to offer. I ended up going with a Mini-Blinds and light tan Berber Carpet combo. I absolutely love the way my newly finished?basement?looks. Thanks again guys, you are the best. \r more

We left Illinois about 2 months back for a new job in New York. You can imagine our surprise when we started our online shopping for new Carpet and Blinds and we saw that there was an Creative Windows By Carol here in GA State. We loved that there was something familiar from back home so we called. We are happy to say all went pretty well and we absolutely love our new berber carpet and real wood blinds. more

We needed new Vertical Blinds for our basement sliding glass door. After the storms that caused flooding in our basement last month we had to replace a lot of our finished basement including Carpet and Blinds. Creative Windows By Carol came out with all kinds of great samples and by the end of our meeting we had picked new vinyl flooring and vertical blinds for our basement. In case of flooring again, we decided to say NO to carpet. more
