I went in for a trim,the lady at the front desk acted like it was a bother for me to be there. Then she tells me to come over and she says not a word to me the whole time. SHe probably took about 10 minutes to do the horrible trim she did on my hair. Then she tells me she is done, doesnt give me mirror to check the back or anything. I walk up to register completely confused on what just happened. She rings up the register for 27 dollars. Something that was barely worth $10. I will never go back there again I have never had a worse experience getting my hair done. I would much rather go to fantastic sam's or hair cuttery.Just be advised! more

I recently went to creative hair and my experience was lack luster. Firstly I was a walk in, but there was noone else in there so it didnt seem like an issue Well, I was tossed between 3 people almost seeming that they would rather stand there a gossip than to take some business. I was then dropped into the hands of Sheila, which i hadn't had her before but maybe she is more experienced then the others which is a good thing( I thought). Well I explained to her what i wanted, and she did an OK job achieving it, on my right side, but my left seft was literally a half inch longer almost that she forgot to cut it. Unfortunately, also I told her that i didnt want to use hair gel, but she decided to use it anyways and gobbed a handful of it which just plastered my hair down to my head so I couldnt tell what length my hair was because it was a gooey mess. She did apologize and got a towel for me to wipe it off. Needless to say I am shopping for a new place to get my hair cut in the future. Bon Voyage Creative Hair & Co. I have been going to this hair salon since before it moved to it's location now. I absolutly love when I go there because I always leave with a new style. I am so confident in thier stylists that I have, on several occasions, let them take control of my hair. I always walk away looking great and I never feel uncomfortable there. The ladies and gentlmen are so sweet and they love to talk with you! I recommend them to ANYONE who is looking to change, re-vamp, or simply needs a new stylist! I HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE AT CREATIVE HAIR AND COMPANY THE OTHER DAY! I GOT AN AWESOME NEW HAIRSTYLE AND GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY TREATED ME AS IF I WAS ROYALTY. THEY DEFINITELY HAVE AN ARTISTIC TOUCH WHEN CREATING THE HAIRSTYLE THAT I WAS LOOKING FOR. I WOULD RECOMMEND ANYONE TO CREATIVE HAIR. more
