CRE would like to respond to the 7/20/07 review by saying that unfortunetly we are not able to please everyone, and theperson that posted this is not even from this country. We are not able to give specific detail due to privacy laws but their posting is not exactky correct. We handle over 500 properties and past renter even come back for us to manage their investments also. more

We used this company when we moved to the Charlotte area. When there was a problem with the rental property it took days or weeks to fix. We didn't have a living room light for 1 1/2 weeks. We had no air for 2 days. And that was their time to come and take a look not actually get it fixed. After fulfilling the lease we did not get over paid rent or the deposit back in 30 days from the vacant date as the law says. Actually we are still waiting. They said we needed to talk to the actual homeowner. But we signed a lease with them and paid all payments to them (Never Late) and don't even know the true homeowners. Would not recommend anyone to live in a property under the management of this company. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!! Cons: Everything more
