The breakfast here is so darn good. I love all the extras they serve like apple butter, grits, biscuits and jam not to mention real maple syrup! The cheesy hash browns are very tasty, and the ham is salty and good. My favorite is probably the pecan pancakes. My husband always get the chicken fried steak. This place is busy on the weekends so be prepared to wait. The gift shop takes care of the boring wait with plenty of old fashioned candy and gifts to buy. Or if the weather is nice you can always take a seat in one of the rockers out front and relax.
