I have been renting from Cox Realty for over a year at 2 different locations. I moved due to a lack of willingness on the part of the owner to allow Cathy to make repairs an minor renovation as needed. She relayed the denials from the owner in a professional manner. It s only from the neighbors I learned that this owner NEVER took care of his house. Pros: Responsive, Involved, Courteous Cons: some of the owners she represents more

We had the pleasure of working with Kathy for approximately a year and a half. She was very responsive to our needs and addressed issues that arrived with a prompt and professional attitude. We found she was very honest and fair. We thoroughly enjoyed our professional relationship with her and would highly recommend her to anyone. I've been doing business with Kathy for close to a year now. She is always willing to work with us. Anything that needs doing, she gets it done in record time. Having spent the last 4 previous years living in base housing and waiting, at times, months for repairs to be done, it's nothing short of a joy to have a manager who jumps right on things and takes pride in having tenants that are happy with their living quarters. Kathy is professional and thorough. My husband is an active duty Marine and she treats both of us with total respect and understanding. She always asks about him, sends her thanks and best regards and listens to any troubles or concerns we have. Anyone who claims she has no respect for military is sadly misinformed. She shows great respect and gratitude for our military and what they do, and always acknowledges this. Do not let any less than flattering words sway you from doing business with her. I am a tenant but if I were an owner in need of her services as a property manager, Kathy would be my one and only choice. Not only is she highly professional, but she's a good person, with real feelings. It's unfortunate that people choose to not remember that when picking their words while voicing their opinions. Disrespectful, rude, lazy. She was even rude to our renters. I would never use her or recommend her to anyone unfortunately. Pros: Can't think of any Cons: Disrespectful and rude. more
