It is the best cable company i have ever delt with. I have had services at my mom's house up until i moved to maryland and started dealing with comcast and later verizon . I'll tell you what, thats when i realized how good cox is. Even though there are still things they could improve. so go cox for great services more

If you have a choice I would go with another company such as Comcast. But I do not have that choice so I am stuck with their service. They have the worst service ever. If always has glitches in the cable and the internet. The customer service usually cannot help and they have to send a tech out and usually they do not arrive when they are suppose to. And sometimes you actually get a tech that actually knows what they are doing. But hey what can you do if you want cable and the net. more
