Wow! What a difference in apartment homes! All apartments have some issues with maintenance and noise when they are this old but this place definately is a step above the rest....

After reading all the great reviews online, I decided to check this place out. They are def all true! The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable, the property was very nice and well kept, the pools look amazing, the gym is more than adequate, and prices and so do-able. I leased on the spot, I move in next month and I'm very pleased. more

work out facility sold me! 9/7/2011

I love Zumba, and now I get to do it twice a week for free in the gym at my apartment complex. Now I'm saving $30 a month by not needing a gym membership... and did I mention that I burn 750 calories per Zumba class?? If thats not enough, there are lots of weights and machines you can use, and tread mills, along with a park run down the street. Finish it off with the dry saunas and tanning bed, This was my biggest selling point! more

Couldnt have found any better! 9/7/2011

I have lived here a little over 2 years and I love it! I've never had any huge maintenance issues and when I needed something done, they did it THE SAME DAY! The elevators have always worked, I've never had a problem with my (free) reserved parking spot, and the underground garage even has a security guy... I bartend so I get home very late and I always see him down there, needless to say I feel very safe. The price for my rent only went up $10 when I renewed, and the price over all is great, especially with how nice this place is. more

Love the location. So close to shopping and walking distance from my job. It's a great feeling to be saving on gas right now. My apartment is awesome. I just renewed my lease and now I'm getting upgrades done to my kitchen! Sooooo ready for next month! more

great appliances 9/7/2011

I move in a few months ago from accross the street and let me tell you I feel so much safer. My car isn't getting broken into or vadalized. I have all new black appliances unlike the bland white ones. I have nothing but great things to say about this property. I was just in the office the other day paying rent and they were all very nice to me. Asking if there is anything that could be done in the apartment. I really like the customer service that the office staff has here. UNLIKE my last apartment. HUGE THUMBS UP TO THE COURTS! more

Loving the DOG PARK! 9/6/2011

I am a very pleased tenant now of 5 years. It has been a great place for me and Sophia (my puppy). We love going to the dog park every evening. Were ready for it to cool down though. I am proud to say we will live here for a long time! more

AMAZING VIEW! 9/6/2011

I just moved in the past weekend and absolutely love my new home! The view is awesome! I hope that everything stay just the same as when I rented it. The leasing agent Bree was so sweet. Everyone in the office has help me with the million of questions I had. Lol. I would recommend this place to anyone! more

I really enjoy living here. The parties that the staff throws for residents every month are always fun to go to. The pool parties on the weekends are a blast (love the volley ball) and the dog park is perfect!! Landscaping is always kept up very very well, and maintenance fixes things that day! I would seriously suggest checking this place out! more

I looked EVERYWHERE for apartments last month, and I literally fell in love with place when I saw it for the first time, I leased on the spot. The landscaping is perfect, my apartment is incredible, and the girl that leased to me was very nice! I know they are pretty full right now ( I can see why!!) But I would literally recommend this place to EVERYONE!! more

This place is Awesome!!! I moved here last month and love it!! They have Zumba classes every week! They also have an awesome dog park. The pools are nice and I can walk to the Galleria. The only thing that is a down side is that there are not a lot of single guys walking around. But then again, I just moved here so they still could be lerking about somewhere. more

SAFETY 7/12/2011

I have nothing but great things to say about the community here. I've been here now for almost 4 years and love it. Have never had any safety isues. I have had a few maintenance issues but the guys were there the next day to get everything fixed. It really seems that the staff is always on top of everything. I dont have any complaints! Thank you to everyone that has made it such a peaceful place to live! more

My Home is Awesome 7/11/2011

I have lived here at the Courts for a few years now, and although each year things do change, the one thing that doesnt change is the office staff. I have seen a couple come and go, but for the most part everyone is the same. It is comforting to me to see the same people. Also it is a very comfortable and convenient place to live. I love my apartment, and it is literally located in the middle of Dallas. I can be anywhere is about 15 minutes, and that includes downtown. The prices are very reasonable, and the events, the pool and my neighbors are great. more

This place is awesome. It is definately one of a kind. The place is not brand new, so the landscaping is amazing. The trees are older and provide a lot of shade while sitting outside in the lounging area. Great place and I definately recommend it to everyone. more

Tanning Bed 4/7/2011

I just found out that the tanning bed is coming back. That makes me so happy. That was my only problem i was having. B/c i work allllllll day and the only time i have to tan is in the middle of the night. I'm so happy again! more
