Everything was exceptional! Service is always excellent. They always do a good job.

I have never seen such a cheaters in my 45 years. They showed me a car and get me signed off for different car low end car for high price. BE AWARE OF THESE GUYS PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!...

I really appreciate the great customer service! My salesperson Howard Griffin was on top of things and did a wonderful job getting me into my new car! Our salesperson Ray Sabz is wonderful. We came from Wichita Ks on his day off but he came in to make sure our car was delivered to us and stayed throughout the delivery process. Thanks again for such a wonderful experience. more

Mark Bailey consistently goes out of his way to make sure the customer is informed and feels good about the experience at Courtesy. You have many nice people there and Mark is one of the best in the industry. I always know I will be treated with respect. Great job Mark!!! more

I am one of the lucky ones when I purchased my vehicle from courtesy I was introduced to my service guy Mark Bailey and it has been great to know that I have a relationship with him. I feel that I can trust him with my car. I would encourage all of your sales people to introduce each customer after purchase to a service person. more

I would like to be told what the issue was before work is done on my vehicle. All visits so far to courtesy Nissan... the advisor has just called to tell me that my vehicle was done and ready for pick up. more

Service beyond expectations! 7/8/2011

Mark and the service guy went beyond my expectations. I thought I would have to leave the car and get a loaner since I arrived after 5 PM. In fact... they put the car on a rack... checked to determine what the problem might be... and offered to work on it right then and there. Beyond that... Mark even checked to see if I also needed an oil change to get that out of the way since I was there. The service guy went for a ride with me to verify the issue was addressed. I could not ask for anything more. more
