Countryside, well I must say I am very disappointed in my experiance with this people. first off they are contracted through my home warranty of my house i recently purchased and had my condensor fan for the A/C lock up on me in the middle of the night. The technician was late to begin this whole thing...i mean they give you a time they should be close and if running late call, but was told he doesn't get paid for his minutes used on his cell phone.I mean i have to go to work as well. then said he had to go back to his office and call it into the warranty co. and get approval, then they would order the part. called back later that afternoon and said they were waiting on the warranty co. so i said fine even though it has been so hot and misserable. next day called at my lunch, and they said that they were still waiting on the warranty co. to call so I called them. they said they would call them back for me which they did. so that night came and went and still no call as to the status of the parts or an appointment to get over to the house. so i called them next day at my lunch and said parts orded and would be there in a couple of days. well this has went on now for over two weeks and they tell me again today parts still are not there, but they would check and let me know. well it up to 110 degrees today with heat index and i have a couple of window units trying to keep me cool.....well let me you it not doing the job. so here i am another night with no A/C and no call back as usual. Serivce horrible. customer service and communication horrible. owner told me they don't make any money off the warranty repairs, but took my 75.00 copay really quick up front.....but that they hope to earn a customer in the end........well Sir not this time I promise you that. would not recommend at all and have had an awful time with this people. PLEASE BEWARE!!!!!!
Pros: not a single good thing with this company
Cons: everything is awful.....don't even know where to start!!!
