Took my dog to this facility. First, they are unprofessional. They expect you to be there immediately when the grooming is completed. I asked for them to hold on to him for 30 minutes while I finished at my son's school testing and received the question "" Do we look like a babysitter to you?"" Second, when I went to pick him up I informed the owner I would not be back based on the phone call. The manager started yelling at me and so did the young girl in the back. Eventually I left and as I was getting into my car they continued to yell at me from inside the building which another client was witness to shacking her head. Wow, professionalism at it's finest!! Honestly, I have never seen anything quit like it here in town.
