This Costco in Kendall (London Square) has the worst customer service I have experienced anywhere! Every single time I come here I encounter a rude cashier or customer service person. My last experience was with a person in the customer service area, from the moment she said ""next"" you could tell she was in a bad mood and asked me a bunch of dumb questions just to get a copy of my card, she took forever and was not able to do it so I asked to speak to a manager, 25 minutes later with no manager in sight, I had to leave. My kids were hungry and tired and I just couldn't wait anymore, she did not care at all! I really hate this Costco, I have heard horror stories from other friends too, I will NOT be renewing my membership!!!!!!!!!!!?
