I finally found a salon I trust! I'm fairly new to the area and tried three salons before finding Cortello. The first three were very disappointing with horrible cuts and highlights, but as soon as I walked in Cortello Salon, I knew I would love it. Their atmosphere was great....very professional, light, fun! They also got me in for a last-minute appointment, within a couple hours on the same day, and I absolutely loved the hairstyle and highlights that I received from my hairstylist, Brooklyn! I found this salon after having the top layer of my hair broken off by being overprocessed at another salon. Thank God for Cortello! Not only did they squeeze me in the same day that I called, they put me with Kayla and she knew EXACTLY what to do! She was able to fix my roots without further damage to my hair and I so excited am about to go back for my second appt! This is the only place I will go from now on! more

I love this salon. I recently moved to Jax and was looking for the best salon in town, since I used to go to the best salon in my former town. I definitely found the right place. I went to Rhian and I liked her a lot. I really like the head massages they give you when getting shampooed, that alone puts it a step above other salons. Best haircut and highlight of my life! I went to Cortello Salon when I was new to town and I immediately loved it from the moment I stepped inside. I loved the atmosphere and edgy simplicity of the salon. I also loved my stylist, Erica, as she immediately made me feel comfortable. She agreed with what I wanted to do in terms of my cut and color. The best part, by far, was the shampoo, scalp massage and TV with relaxing beach scenes.The prices were a little bit higher than what I was used to, but it was worth every penny and I know I won't have to come back as often because I received such a good color and cut. I moved up to JAX in March this past year and had no idea where to go here to get a decent color job. Someone had mentioned to me that it was a good place to go.From the moment I walked in I loved it. It does not smell like hair product, the employees are allr eally nice and attentive. I can't even begin to say how much I love my stylist. Everytime I walk in she is ready to take care of me and does an amazing job. I have never seen anyone walk out of the salon unhappy.
