Here's a tip...When your staff realizes your cook forgot to make a side dish that your customer paid EXTRA for, your cook should prepare it. This is called CUSTOMER SERVICE! NO ONE CARES ABOUT YOUR ELEVEN OVENS OR WHERE YOU GET YOUR MESQUITE WOOD FROM WHEN YOUR STAFF CAN""T PREPARE THE CUSTOMER'S MENU!! YOUR COOK KNEW THE DISH WAS NOT PREPARED AND SIMPLY CHOSE NOT TO DO IT! A PROPER CATERER WOULD HAVE PREPARED THE DISH AND THE COOK WOULD HAVE DELIVERED IT PERSONALLY TO THE CUSTOMER!!! Here is another tip...A BUFFET LINE LOOKS PRETTY STUPID WITH TWO PANS OF GREEN BEANS ON IT, so when you choose not to prepare a dish for the customer, remove the chafing dish it would have went in, instead of putting two pans of the SAME DISH SIDE BY SIDE ON THE BUFFET LINE!!! more

I have witnessed the management treating employees in an undignified manner. That must be a reflection on owners and management more

I have had two negative experiences with this company, met with them to get information on booking a wedding reception, Denise was rude and acted like she was doing us a favor. We met at the banquet facility which used to be the Olive Tree building. Decor was dirty and dated. While the website says that they can customize their menu, in reality this was not true. Shortly after, an organization I volunteer for used CC venue and catering with very poor results. Space was not set up on time, we ended up having to do most of the set up ourselves and event was very understaffed. Denise (owner) was unapologetic and rude, stayed in her office most of the time. I would not recommend or use this company for any kind of event. I think any positive reviews they are writing themselves. more

I honestly can say that they have a worst wedding service ever! The person who will speak with you named Ben that guy sounds very nice; however, their staffs and servers including service, price, and food are extremely disappointed. more
