I'm writing in regards to an event you were hired for on September 19th, 2015. My wife and I chose your company to prepare food and host a bar at our wedding. We did not shop around, we both had been to events where your company had catered before, and we loved the food! After the wedding, we decided we probably should have shopped around after all-I was displeased to see your staff setting things up as a sit down formal dinner, when it clearly stated on our contract that was not how we were doing our dinner. We just had hors d'oeuvres, which were not to be plated. Embarrassingly I had to tell your catering staff to pick it all up off of the tables, including the cocktail tables that were set, in front of a majority of my family. The event started at 6, and because of your staff, whom we paid to be there through cleanup until 10:30, our wedding ended with a last call at the bar at 8:00pm. While the food was great, and your staff was friendly, unfortunately we will not be using your service for any future events, and will not be making any recommendations to our friends and family. \r
