Good morning, \r I'm writing in regards to an event you were hired for on September 19th, 2015. My wife and I chose your company to prepare food and host a bar at our wedding. We did not shop around, we both had been to events where your company had catered before, and we loved the food! After the wedding, we decided we probably should have shopped around after all-I was displeased to see your staff setting things up as a sit down formal dinner, when it clearly stated on our contract that was not how we were doing our dinner. We just had hors d'oeuvres, which were not to be plated. Embarrassingly I had to tell your catering staff to pick it all up off of the tables, including the cocktail tables that were set, in front of a majority of my family. The event started at 6, and because of your staff, whom we paid to be there through cleanup until 10:30, our wedding ended with a last call at the bar at 8:00pm. While the food was great, and your staff was friendly, unfortunately we will not be using your service for any future events, and will not be making any recommendations to our friends and family. \r \r Sincerely, \r Morgan & Caitlin Waugh more

Not So Great...\r \r I have used CC in the past and something has changed. For this most recent experience, the service was lovely. However for the price, the food awful! The ‘Assorted meat & cheese’ Hors d oeuvres, was simply thinly sliced deli meat (turkey & ham) and some plain cheese triangles. No fancy cheese or meat choices to it. I could have picked that crap up at Dillons and would have cost an 1/8 of what I’d paid. Grilled Pork Tenderloin…… I have cooked a few tenderloins in the past, and the pork they served us was NOT tenderloin. It was chunks of pork that were so overcooked no one could eat it, and unfortunately I couldn’t even feed it to my dog the next day. Terrible. Go with Truffles Catering! more

Here's a tip...When your staff realizes your cook forgot to make a side dish that your customer paid EXTRA for, your cook should prepare it. This is called CUSTOMER SERVICE! NO ONE CARES ABOUT YOUR ELEVEN OVENS OR WHERE YOU GET YOUR MESQUITE WOOD FROM WHEN YOUR STAFF CAN""T PREPARE THE CUSTOMER'S MENU!! YOUR COOK KNEW THE DISH WAS NOT PREPARED AND SIMPLY CHOSE NOT TO DO IT! A PROPER CATERER WOULD HAVE PREPARED THE DISH AND THE COOK WOULD HAVE DELIVERED IT PERSONALLY TO THE CUSTOMER!!! Here is another tip...A BUFFET LINE LOOKS PRETTY STUPID WITH TWO PANS OF GREEN BEANS ON IT, so when you choose not to prepare a dish for the customer, remove the chafing dish it would have went in, instead of putting two pans of the SAME DISH SIDE BY SIDE ON THE BUFFET LINE!!! more

I have witnessed the management treating employees in an undignified manner. That must be a reflection on owners and management more

I have had two negative experiences with this company, met with them to get information on booking a wedding reception, Denise was rude and acted like she was doing us a favor. We met at the banquet facility which used to be the Olive Tree building. Decor was dirty and dated. While the website says that they can customize their menu, in reality this was not true. Shortly after, an organization I volunteer for used CC venue and catering with very poor results. Space was not set up on time, we ended up having to do most of the set up ourselves and event was very understaffed. Denise (owner) was unapologetic and rude, stayed in her office most of the time. I would not recommend or use this company for any kind of event. I think any positive reviews they are writing themselves. more

I honestly can say that they have a worst wedding service ever! The person who will speak with you named Ben that guy sounds very nice; however, their staffs and servers including service, price, and food are extremely disappointed. \r Service: I will give 0.5 instead of 1 if possible. We have a wedding on June, 2010. They charged us extra plus 19% gratuity fee for all the services and then add tax later. We paid them total was over $5,700. On our wedding day, I was so surprised about how ""Professional"" they claimed oh my gosh the service was extremely BAD. The servers offensed the guests. Example) one guest sat at my mom's table asked them to refill the beer when the liquid in glass was low, do you know what did the server say? That server said until he finished his drink then she would bring another one out. HOW RUDE WAS THAT? WTH we provided you ""LIQUOR"" OK. Not your own liquor why did you treat our guests like that on our wedding day? \r \r Another server actually dropped a wine bottle at guests gezz I was so pissed off. The whole service was SUCK and the food lol if you are ASIAN, please don't depend on their cooking skill. We tasted ok on the tasting day but then guess what? on our wedding day the taste of food was totally different. They know ""JUNK"" if I don't want to use another bad word to describe how suck it was. The guests didn't eat all food - they left a lot over. \r \r The food wasn't as expected and the service was extremely RUDE. I feel like it was not my wedding, happy day, but rather than a FUNERAL DAY. LOW SERVICE. You will regret if you choose them. I really regret!! Whenever I think over I feel so angry. Hmmm. more

Corporate Caterers of Wichita came to us highly recommended. While I appreciated their professionalism and their presentation, their pricing was much too pricey for what they presented. more
