I have Berber carpet, which is very difficult to clean. Cornerstone Carpet Cleaning explained the way their system works, and I went online and saw their videos. I had another company set up to clean, but since it's so difficult to get the dirt out, I gave Cornerstone a try, and I'm happy with the work. The carpet is much cleaner, and I feel cleaner, like I'm finally in a clean house.
With Berber, you never quite know if the dirt came out, but I can see a difference. The carpet looks, feels, and smells cleaner. I finally have a clean house, and that's nice for me.
