Brought Vehicle in for major damage to front end back in March 2014 Service was prompt and courteous and when I got the vehicle back it looked good, But after driving it for several weeks I started noticing small things that they took shortcuts on, For instance, my hood needed major repair and the washer nozzles had to be taken out to accommodate painting. After a few weeks when I went to use the windshield washers, I noticed one of the nozzles was clogged.Upon inspection I found that the old nozzle was damaged while it was taken out and rather than replacing the $15 part, they crazy glued it back together causing it to clog. I would not recommend them to anyone and will not use them again more

My son's car has been there since last July. Tell you anything? It's now the middle of April. more

When I brought my '99 Monte Carlo in for minor body work I assumed the work would only take 3-4 days. However, the job was estimated by Cornell's to take 6 days. Lo and behold, it wasn't until the 9th day that I could pick the car up. They couldn't have cared less about the inconvenience they put me though. Although the insurance company paid for the rental, I took out additional insurance because I was driving an unfamiliar car more than 600 miles a week during two major snowfalls. Time is money, and the longer it took Cornell's to finish the job the more I was out of pocket. When I complained about the slow service I was told that because my car was old they had "to go through hell" to find replacement parts. When I looked over my invoice, little to my surprise, they were acquired from American Auto Salvage less than 2 miles away! I CAN NOT and WILL NOT RECOMMEND CORNELL'S AUTO BODY. more
