Pluming service was priced little high but was durable'. Electrial service was grossley over charged. replaced 2 dimmer lights for 198.00 a piece. Lowes wanted 12.dollars a peice ...

Technician was on time, professional, and was able to solve our electrical problem quickly. He even took care of an (electrical) issue we did not know we had (in the crawl space). Will use them again and have already referred them to someone else. more

We were in a state of emergency. Our dated sewage line had collapsed, and I KNEW that was the issue because I had been here before. What we needed was to have the line replaced, but no matter what I said Mr. Bagwell tried to convience me there was more to it than that. I received quotes ranging from $2100.00 to $8000.00. When it was all said and done, the sewage line was indeed crushed inseveral places and was only a 3 in. plastic pipe. It had been connected to the main through a hammered out hole and was not sealed or secured in any way. We also had to have the kitchen sink drain line snaked. Total price for the intire job: $2250.00 with lifetime gaurantee (transferable) and found a plumber that truly understood the issue and that I couldn't afford anything extra. more

Slade was on time, courteous, professional and explained to us that we were in better shape plumbing wise than we thought. 6/8/2012

Kitchen and bathroom plumbing was suffering from DIY itis. Slade explained where we went wrong and fixed it. We can still send the kids to college!!! In less than an hour, two sinks were working great and our marriage saved. Brilliant. more

Overpriced 6/3/2012

I had a spray nozzle on a kitchen sink with a leak. They quoted me $120 to fix + $40 for the service call for a total of $160. I purchased the parts from Lowe's for $15, and changed it myself in 30 min. I can understand marking up labor charges for a decent profit, but $160 was just way too much. I probably would have paid $80 - $100 to fix my problem. more

Service was taken care of in an efficient manner by a very competent technician, but the price seems too high to me. 6/2/2012

I had my gas water heater replaced. The technician quoted two options: one with a 6 year warranty, one with a 12 year warranty. I elected the 6 year warranty option due to it's lower cost. I did not get quotes from other conpanies, but wish I had. When I compare the retail price of the same size gas water heater at a home improvement store and add in their installation cost, I feel like I could've had my water heater replaced at about one half the price I paid. Again, I have no complaint about the quality of the work, but I do not feel like I got a good value for the money I spent. more

The plumbing Technician (Jeff Miner) and crew provided Excellent service in installing the main line. I had anticipated from past experience a mess in the yard and in the laundry room. This was not the case, and I was completly satisfied on the completion of this service.... Regards, John more
