Crowded, Noisy, Bad Food 7/9/2005

Corky and Lenny's was supposed to be one of the best delis in Cleveland, according to my mom's friend. When we went there, though, it was so crowded and noisy! Screaming kids, clanging silverware and dishes, workers yelling orders to one another. The seating is way too tight and you feel like you're piled up on the other diners. Finally, the food is dripping with grease. It's absolutely disgusting - while I'm no health nut, fatty and greasy foods are just disgusting and something I don't want to put in my body. It was also pricey considering the quality of food and dining conditions. more

  • Operating for more than 50 years, Corky & Lenny's is located in Cleveland and is in the food and deli business. It maintains a full-service dining room and take-out facilities. Corky and Lenny s prepares a variety of party trays for all occasions, including deli trays, vegetable platters, fruit planners, breakfast trays, box lunches and hot dinners. In addition, Corky & Lenny's provides delivery services. The restaurant features a private family-style diner, which includes wine, soup, brisket, farfel and potato, relishes, coffee and tea, linen service, fountain beverages, salad, roasted chicken, green beans and dessert.
