Dined on a week night, service was prompt, no reservation. Very friendly staff.\r
The appetizer ordered were the crab cakes, more cake than crab, they could do a better job there.\r
My date and I both ordered the USDA bone-in rib eye which they do over a wood fire. Could quite possibly be one of the best steaks either of us have ever had and I've been to Mortons, Ruth's Chris, and the Stockyard in TN. For the price and the service I would highly recommend Corbins as a top notch steak house. Their steaks aren't al a cart so you get salad, bread, and massive potato included. \r
The setting is very elegant with massive water walls and beautiful wood throughout but the atmosphere is casual. Honestly I can't wait to go back and dine again at Corbins. Try it, I think you'll be surprised at how good their steaks are.
Pros: The way they cook the steaks over a wood fire, delicious!
Cons: The crab cakes were more cake than crab but that is so often the case at many restaurants.
