They charge you a setup fee without telling you, like the other reviewer I was setup. They did not tell me beforehand about any other fees rather than $0.49 per page.\r Horrible! Horrible! Customer Service never go here! \r \r \r more

\r \r C at C is a local small business patronized by individuals, people who are organizing events and general business clients. (Most appear to be steady customers.) The staff has always been friendly, flexible, helpful in case the copier or computers didn't work as expected. I have used C at C for at least 10 years so I've plenty of opportunity to see how they treat people.\r \r Sorry that basicmemory wasn't satisfied. (If need be, you can print at the south side library for 25 cents/page.) In any event, C at C will always tell you how much the job costs ahead of time. The prices seem to be quite fair for copying, photos and big jobs--even relatively cheap for some photo prints. Quality of the output has been fine; any glitch easily resolved. They are all around great. And, I'm happy to support them instead of some national chain.\r more

I brought in my final portfolio project here for school and needed it ASAP for a class the next morning. Not only was the staff incredibly friendly, they were able to complete my job long before it was due. My prints were small format and the quality was sharp and the color was spot on. I was given a pretty wide variety of paper options as well. They even caught a page number mistake and contacted me to send a new file. Will definitely be back here for more future projects! more

More like, ""RIPOFF @ CARSON""...! I went in to get 1 (one) b/w copy off a thumb drive. Not laser or color, a lousy copy-paper print. They charged me $2.50 telling me it was for ""setup"". Let me get this straight, you plug the drive in the usb slot, the computer shows you a window asking if you wish to see what in on the drive, say 'yes' it displays my single file and then all they have to do is right-click it and choose the correct printer. Oh my god some setup, i think i got setup... Total robbery, everything they do is like 200% more than their competitors. As the other review here states, ""they won't even give you another place to go if they can't do the job"" because when you see how much they are looking to rip you off, you'll give them the bird. AVOID AT ALL COSTS...!!! I joined this site just to be able to leave this complaint... more
