Copernicus Center

In fact, I’d never even heard of it prior to this show. It’s a very upscale theatre with an gorgeous interior decor that makes it feel like you’re watching a concert under the stars — the space theme is played very well. This place which is understandably filled with Polish Pride is now the center for the Polish Community in Chicago. It hosts the annual Polish Fest in Sept. I have been to a few of them, they have American and Polish entertainers, foods, games, etc... It's a place were Jeff. Pk. residents can get together and put differences aside and enjoy the festival. The center used to be a movie theater. I'm not sure if they still do but up until recently classic American silent films were shown here once a month also. more
