Cool Air Solutions Heating & Air Conditioning

I called Cool Air Solutions after having received a repair quote from another company. I was originally going to go with XX company had they called me back. But since I didn’t hear from them, I asked a friend for a referral and she gave me Cool Air Solutons. Their quote was 500.00 less than XX’s quote so I decided to go with them. My first impression was how polite both Javier Garcia and his partner were. My ducts and vents were totally done incorrectly 2 years ago (when I didn’t own the house) and they had to do some real manipulating of themselves to get around the convoluted configuration. But they did manage in 5 hours to get the work done and cleaned up after finishing. My air is now flowing freely through my vents which hasn’t happened in the time I have lived here. I am so happy and pleased. I would definitely recommend them to all my friends and acquaintances! more

Good customer service. However, this company is NOT honest about their fees. Suggestion: Ask how much things are costing as the TEC uses a different tool. Every different tool being used will cost you a whopping fee. Nothing in life is free, not even good customer service. more
