I have been a customer for more than 17 years. As an increasingly creaky adult figure skater I cherish the care they lavish upon my feet and my skates. I was very nervous about buying really good skates, but the care shown in fitting them, setting the blades, and the quiet, no pressure atmosphere made the process a joy. Yes. I laid out $400 plus (in 1993) and more since then, but if I am going to spend hundreds of hours a year on skates why wouldn't I want the best, chosen and fitted by the best?\r

I skate for the joy of it, no competition, costumes, etc. but even if I did have those expenses nothing contributes more than the right skates.\r

Once I bought my skates and blades there has been superb service, making skillful adjustments to the positioning of the blades as my body has aged and without charge. Those skates eventually wore out, were rebuilt for a fraction of the cost of new.\r
