I had my wedding reception at the Continental Inn. The ball room downstairs is very nice and huge! They have a small room in which the guests can have appetizers and drinks before the reception starts. The smaller room really needs to be remodeled. It is dark and very old looking.
The food at the reception was outstanding. There are many choices to pick from and the prices are excellent. My wedding guests still rave about the food until this day!
The bridal suite is really nice. It has a big bed, a living room area with a couch, chair and television and a gorgeous bathroom with a whirlpool tub and a small refrigorator the chill champagne or snacks.
The staff was helpful and handled all requests professionally. I would reccomend the Continental Inn for a banquet, wedding reception or just a hotel stay if you need a room.
