I live in a new subdivision in Davison County - Meadowlands. Specifically I live in the Highlands (a neighborhood within meadowlands. According to Cambridge Isenhour, our builder, they get to choose the landscaper and have chosen Consilidated. They signed a contract to mow weekly - which is seldom actually done. Instead they claim they ""spot mow,"" but many areas that are watered and maintained by the residents are never included in this mowing. The development always looks awful and the landscapers do not seem to have a clue what they are doing. Since we must wait until another 40 or so units are sold, they are not going anywhere anytime soon due to their questionable relationship with the developers out here. This has been an issue for a long time and does not appear to be going away anytime soon. Meadowlands is a great development, but DO NOT BUY A HOME IN THE HIGHLANDS UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR NEIGHBORHOOD TO LOOK AWFUL ALL THE TIME!!! And NEVER EVER USE THIS LANDSCAPER!!! They don't know what they are doing. If you want to see first hand, drive through the Highlands in Meadowlands anytime you would like and look at more than just the front yeard. It's off 109 just past the Forsyth-Davidson line (in Davidson county). If you take the time to look around, you will have seen more than enough to know to NEVER USE THIS LANDSCAPER!! VERY EXPENSIVE PRICE FOR AWFUL ""LANDSCAPING.""
