Avoid this place at all times. 8/1/2008

This place is terrible. I was expecting some unique and unusual pieces for my new home. I love genuine antique and vintage furniture. They had none of that. A lot of their stuff looked mass produced. The staff was no help. There was a creepy red head guy that kept starring at me without saying a word. I later found out he was the store owner! The stuff is wayyy over priced and the store had no organization whatsoever. Furniture was dusty and some were cracking and damaged. Not worth your time! Pros: a lot of parking due to the lack of customers. Cons: Cheap mass produced furniture at overpriced rates. more

This is a treasure trove of one-of-a kind items. I have found some lovely pieces of furniture and unique accessories. The staff is so helpful and gracious. I recommend frequent visits as the inventory changes rapidly. If you see something you like, buy it right away....it might be gone tomorrow. Prices are excellent. Pros: Enough showroom space to provide a wide variety of items. Great pieces! more

Worst customer service. 12/29/2006

I recently went to Consingment plus with my boyfriend to look for an engagement ring. I heard through word of mouth that they had jewelry on consignment as well. Boy, was I ever disappointed. As I approached the tiny glass jewelry case, I felt like I was in a diry pond shop. I inquired about some other pieces of jewelry and the sales girl had no idea what kind of stones they were. The sales girl ""Lisa"" stated that it was a pink saphire when in fact, it was just a quartz. Thank goodness I know a little about jewelry. For consignment jewelry, their prices are over the top. If you want quality fine jewelry, do not come to this ""garage sale"" environment. Cons: Rude staff, I felt like I was walking through a garage sale. more

    Consignment Plus provides professional, reliable delivery services available for our customers' convenience. Delivery prices are determined by a combination of quantity of items and delivery destination.

    Customers may elect to pickup their purchases directly from our showroom.

    Pickup Service
    Consignment Plus provides pickup service for a $70 charge for consigned merchandise within our local area. Additional charge may be required for merchandise outside the local area and / or for items that require specialized moving services. Fees are paid out of consignor proceeds ? there is no out of pocket expense.

    Consignment furniture shopping is a little different-in mostly good ways-than what you may be used to. If you are new to the consignment furniture shopping world, here are a few tips to help you maximize your experience and get you shopping like a "consignment pro".

    First and foremost: all items are available for immediate sale. You can take your purchases home and begin enjoying them today! If you need time to arrange for transport, we will store your purchase 7 days. Additionally, we offer full service delivery at very reasonable prices. Our regular sho ppers know one rule very well: if you are interested in a piece, buy it now! It may very well not be there tomorrow. The great majority of our items are one of a kind, and we sell approximately 65% of our items in the first month, and many are sold the day they arrive in the store. We are famous for our inventory turnover, fair pricing and excellent customer service.

    Because new things arrive every single day we are open, it pays to shop early and often (some of our most valued customers visit nearly every day!) for the best selection.
