Great Company And Service 3/27/2018

I had an excellent experience with Connors Plumbing & Heating, Inc. and I would gladly recommend them to other people. I have been using this company for many years and I have always been satisfied with how the service turns out. They recently just checked over everything and I am happy with the results. The technicians were professional and friendly. I would be happy to use them again in the future. more

Great Job!!! 2/15/2018

Very knowledgeable, and Jake also was very careful in what he was doing in his job :). Very friendly, and on time in showing up on the job. Just over all everything Jake did was a very good job, and would recommend Connors to anyone. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH FOR THE FINE JOB... Love the install of our new sink, and the new faucet, and the new garbage disposal. Don't know how we went this long without the one hole sink, and the more modern type faucet....Again Thanks!!!!! more

Response and service is great 1/31/2018

Flooded house while on vacation. They fixed all the leaks in the heat system then determined why the system failed and fixed it. Great, hard worker and dedicated to delivering satisfactory results. more

Fast , fair and friendly 1/15/2018

Replaced water heater. They have same day service even in winter. They cover Hvac and plumbing issues. Big company logistics with small town friendly service. Fair prices too! I definitely recommend these folks!! more

Technician Was Friendly and Did Some Regular Maintenance 1/10/2018

Connor's Plumbing and Heating was just here at my mom's house to do some regular maintenance. The technician was pretty friendly. He cleaned the burners on the furnace and then he went and drained out the water from the water heater. He also checked underneath the bathroom sink to make sure that was OK and checked out a few other odds and ends as well. The price was alright and he did a good job. more

Did not diagnose correctly 1/10/2018

The technician told us he thought it might be the control board. After he left the fan stayed on again and we could see on the control board the amber light blinking 4 times which according to the diagnosis codes it indicated a dirty filter, blower fan needed cleaning, etc. We replaced the filter, vacuumed the lower part of the furnace where the control board was located, vacuumed as much of the lower fan that we could and since doing this we have had no problems with the furance RESPONSE FROM Connors Plumbing & Heating, Inc.: Thank you for your feedback Larry. Intermittent failures can be very difficult to diagnose. You indicated the inducer motor did not shut off without turning off the power to the furnace. As the furnace operated properly when the technician was at your home he was giving you his educated opinion. I do hope that your cleaning took care of the problem and that it will not continue intermittently as it did before. more

Everything Is Good Whenever I Use Their Service 1/8/2018

I've been working with Connor's Plumbing and Heating for a while now and I'm happy to say that everything has been good whenever I've used their service. I've got nothing bad to say as I've only ever had positive experiences, but I'm not interested in sharing much more than that! more

I was satisfied 12/10/2017

Pretty fast response after I called. I was at work when he should up to work on the water heater. Told my daughter what the problem was had the part ,called me to ask about installing it put it in and done. Only problem was I thought the part was way too high. more
