I had to move a couch from the DFW area to Houston. It took one phone call and I learned the Condor had a shipment going from Houston to the DFW area and that they could pick up my couch before going down. The couch is made of white linen and needed careful wrapping. The driver called on his way, as agreed upon, showed up on time, and was ver curtious. He and his helper wrapped the couch in a Sarran wrap like material and loaded it up carefully in no time. When the truck got near the Houston area the recipient of the couch was notified by phone, and again the Condor team arrived on time. They unloaded the couch, carried it several flights of stairs and placed it perfect location in the living room. How much smoother can this be? more
