I stopped in for an oil change on 3/15 and the rest is history that I ended up in Mohammed Laraki's office negotiating the sale of a new 2013 Subaru Impreza; little did I know that after picking the car up on 2/18, on 2/19, this car would carry my be-loved friend and pet of 12 years, Hercule, to his veterinarian to ""cross the rainbow bridge"". Little did I know that someone/something would impact the right fender of this brand new car not even two days off the lot and no note or explanation would be left on the day after Hercules passed and, no one would have known how ""Nationwide Insurance was not on my side"" and was not there to advocate on behalf of the claim and deductable that was determined on 2/25. All this being said, Mohammed Laraki, Jason Grubbs and Gene Broomall and, Lauren (Subaru Service), were all there 200% for me during the purchase of the new car, the sale, the ""bump"" and repairs. I felt that all of these individuals and more were family to me and, because they were there and engaged, I was taken care of and, my dog, Hercules, road in the most beautiful of ""Sweet Chariots"" to his final destination in this life. Jason and MO were by my side and, could not have done more to make me feel, at all times, that I was in the best of hands and that all would be taken care of. Concordville Nissan Subaru is home to me, where I purchase my vehicles over the years and, where I return to have the care serviced and to see friends. Thank you so much.\r
