I’m writing to compliment you on the excellent service my husband and I received in contracting your company to construct our in ground pool. Concord is a professional, reliable pool company who stands behind their work and has excellent, skilled employees. Thank you for the wonderful job Concord did constructing our pool and helping to guide us as “pool owners.” My husband and I are both firm believers in “you get what you pay for.” We felt great comfort when Concord quickly addressed some minor problems we had in the spring surrounding backfill. Concord went above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied. Concord truly cares about customer satisfaction; which is a rare thing these days. more

Best Place for a Pool and Service 6/7/2011

You guys are so helpful! I love that I can call you up any time I need help, and get an answer. And I know that if I come to the store, you are going to have whatever I need. The staff is also exceptionally friendly and well trained in Customer Service. It really is tremendous. Thanks Concord Pools! more
