Concord Apartments

I absolutely love my new 2 bedroom apartment. The rooms are humongous! I have a garden tub and a gigantic deck. My neighbors are all cool, it seems to be pretty diverse here. The best part about living here is I can get anywhere in Raleigh Durham or Chapel Hill in a short amount of time. And my move-in special was great...I pay $200 less than at my last apartment. I moved into Sedgewood Green almost 2 years ago and it was a nice place to live. Since then things have gone downhill. With management turnovers every few months this place is in trouble. The grounds are not kept up, trash and debris is often on the lawn and parking lot. Pet waste is never cleaned up. Much of the gym equipment is broken and has been for at least 6 months. I have to call maintenance at least once a week for repairs. We are constantly having leaks and water heater problems. The office staff has been rude, even when they lost one of my checks! Every time I see the staff showing someone an apt. I want to yell, "" Run away. Don't let them trick you into living in this dump!!!"" I can't wait until my lease is up.
