I had just returned from a long stay in the hospital after open heart surgery. I was still messed up when I arrived home and fumbled my laptop and dropped it on my tile floor. Blam! Busted. No boot.
I called Computer Troubleshooters (as I had once before) and explained the problem. They were on it in a heartbeat, replaced my hard drive, replaced my licensed software, fixed me up completely and charged me such a reasonable price I was shocked. How long? One day!!
