Well Kevin S. every story has a side. #1 When you enter into a contract with any company there are rules. Rule #1 You should have moved in by your scheduled date. Landlord had house ready by the requested move in date you requested and you failed to do that. #2 As you may not be aware of every rental house that sits vacant is money lost. Since you didn't move in as scheduled, house was held for 1 more week-----then 2 more weeks-----until finally after almost 3 1/2 weeks later you are ready to move in at your convenience. It doesn't work that way sir. You should not have signed an agreement if you couldn't move in by the date you requested. Sorry for your inconvenience SIR Kevin but we waited 3 weeks past your move in date and we were still willing to let you move in then but you kept putting us off again...\r more

Avoid these people at all costs. These people have no scruples whatsoever. Mr. Elders main concern is money. Entering into a contract with Mr. Elder is like entering into a contract with the devil. Proceed at your own risk. more

Addressing the 2009review.....the courts will NOT let you file an eviction for $1.....there is definitely a bit more to that story. more

I used to work for Complete Home Rental. The owner is an odd person. His major focus is money. He doesn't know how to relate to people very well, especially his employees. There is a very high turn over of employees. Its easier for him to fire an employee and start over than try to keep them and have to give them a raise. So if you rent from him, expect problems because you are probably dealing with a new employee that doesn't know the ropes yet. more

I was a tenant of one of their properties. I was given notice of the new amount due for rent effective the next month. I paid my rent on the day it was due. I read the new amount due of the rent wrong and gave a check that was short one dollar (yes, one dollar) and the person that looked up my rent payment never mentioned it or attempted to correct me. About 2 weeks late I get a 5 day eviction notice from the courts for one dollar. Ridiculous!!!!! Look around, only use as a last resort. more
