CSG seems to always maintain their focus on flexibility, resposiveness and performance. As an agent, this is what I look for. Every settlement I've had with Community Settlement Group has been pain free and successful. Agents typically only refer title companies when we are on the buying side of the transaction. I actually recommend CSG when I'm also on the listing side, realizing I'm doing a favor for everyone involved. Community Settlement Group is conveniently located in Hunt Valley, but they also perform settlements outside of their office, a true testimonial to their flexibility. This is not the title company for you! They will make excuses why they can not be somewhere that they promise to be. You will not settle on time if you use these people! They cost me thousands!!!
