Our Immediate Care Centers are conveniently located on US 41 in St. John; just off Cline Avenue in Hammond, Community Hospital Outpatient Center Schererville located at the corner of U.S. Route 30 & Harvest Drive, and State Road 49 in Valparaiso. Our Immediate Care physicians treat patients for injuries and illnesses that are not life-threatening.
