I chose Community Builders because of a friend’s recommendation. Wow what a great experience. Clean, professional, knowledgeable, skilled, not to mention kind to my kids and the dog loves him. David was always on time, took time to explain each day what his goal was and called me with any changes. I knew exactly what to expect each day when I came home. All his subcontractors seemed to mimic his professionalism. I love my new spa bathroom retreat and this was a very pleasant contractor experience. I’m looking forward to using him again on my kitchen remodel. Jane more

remote contracting 7/23/2007

David, I consider it a privilege to have the opportunity to work with you on the remodeling of the bathrooms in our Mercer island house. As I have told you, I am completely satisfied with your professionalism and discipline. While I have yet to see the remodeled bathrooms myself, I have seen the digital photos and one of my friends has inspected the work on my behalf. I am very happy with the finished work You certainly handled the work as if this was your own house. I would definitely like to work with (only) you as I undertake the remodeling and refurbishment of other houses. Please feel free to use me as a reference, if needed. solid remodeling company 7/23/2007

David has worked on two projects on my home. The first, a major deck addition to the front of my home and the replacement of 7 windows, two sliders and the addition of one new window. In both instances I am very pleased with the work that was done. David was fair in his estimate, worked to keep costs down, followed through with quality sub-contractors to complete the job and we are very pleased with both end products. We will continue to use David on all future projects on our home. Glenn more

remodeling 7/23/2007

Community Builders did our spa bathroom. I so glad we chose them, they have been awesome in every aspect. On time, within my budget, and helped us even in the design aspect. I will be using them when I get around to re-doing my kitchen. Thanks D more

best contractor in town 7/23/2007

Dave built a commercial kitchen for me in my garage. He was not only involved in the building of the kitchen but oversaw every aspect of the permit process and other contractors for me. I didn't have to worry about anything. When he needed my ok on something he explained in detail what was needed on my part and why. Dave was always on time and always called if something came up. I will never have to look anywhere else for my construction needs - I have the best! Michelle Everett, WA more

Reliable contractor 7/23/2007

Community builders were incredibly reliable, and their communication was EXCELLENT. High quality, very professional. Considerate of people's home during construction. Skilled in what they did and suggested. I would use them again. Deanne Bellevue more
