They had reseonable rates, and allowed me to leave my car there while I was @ work. They did not charge me to leave it there, and the Metro is very close, so it was not a hassle to leave my car there. They called and gave me the break down of the the charges that would be incurred after they look a look at my car. I then had the choice to allow them to make the changes, or pick up my car after work and take it elsewhere. I was somewhat happy with the cost of service, but was very happy with the attention thye gave me in explaining everything that was going to be done to my car. They also went through many scenarios with me as to what could be a future problem. They were very helpful!
