Traveled on business and had a good experience. The staff was especially helpful in addressing a TV problem. The property is very well maintained and upgraded for its age. I really enjoyed the tasty local branded yogurt at breakfast. I also enjoyed a quiet run through a nice neighborhood near the hotel. i would stay here again more

I had a wonderful stay at the Comfort Inn, the hotel was very nice and clean the staff at the front desk was very helpful and nice and the check in did not take long at all, the rooms were clean and nice the rooms had a microwave,refrigerator in it the bathrooms were clean also, the only thing about the rooms was the bathroom door would not close and lock. It was very convenient to restaurants,major hwys,shopping centers, and a grocery store as well. I would stay here again. more

We stayed at the Comfort Inn & Suites for three nights and have nothing but good things to say about it. The lobby was inviting and brightly lit. The front desk clerks were helpful and courteous. The rooms were spotless. We had a refrigerator, microwave and coffeemaker in the room. The continental breakfast was one of the best I've seen, with coffee, tea, juice, cereal, bagels, danish and a waffle iron. It was convenient to restaurants and major roadways. We would definitely stay there again! more

Stayed in this hotel last night and it is squeaky clean. I'll forfeit amenities for a clean bathroom, bed, carpet, etc. I loathe nasty hotel rooms, and have found that so many pricey ones are not really clean. This hotel is immaculate! more

Met my husband on a business trip, as we were heading to Charleston, SC..Fell in love with Greenville, SC starting with the staff at this hotel! WOW.. Unspoken excellence! Flying in before my birthday, the housekeeping staff helped my husband prepare a romantic arrival with his purchase of flowers, etc.Can't wait for another business meeting...I'll invite myself! Great location to the wonderful airport, close to downtown, shops, restaurants! The Waterfall downtown, with Clemson on the other side of a suspended walking bridge was INCREDIBLE! Enjoy fabulous food at ""Smoke on the Water"", many nights with an acoustic guitarist.... more

Requested early check in which was honored. room was ready and moved right in. Nice spacious room and very comfortable bed but within 15 minutes the TV went out. Notified the front desk and the Manager and maintenance man were at the room within minutes to try and fix it. They upgraded me to a suite when they could not fix the TV. Only problem is the Handicapped parking blocks the ramp and there are only two handicapped parking spaces. No Pool so great for business, but not family with children who like to swim. more

On our way back up from Florida this summer we stopped here for a night's stay. This hotel has obviously been freshly renovated. The hotel is pretty small from the looks, but there is a nice looking lobby that is overlooked on every floor with windows. The hallways were very wide, which is a big convenience for many, especially when the housekeeper carts are in the halls. The room was the size of a ""Choice"" suite, or just a very big room! Two beds, new appliances and a clean carpet, bathroom, and beds, it was great! The beds were comfortable and I loved it, an amazing suprise for the customer! The breakfast WAS continental, but I guess that i okay since that is not a necessary highlight for a night's stay. more

The hotel is run with real professionalism and integrity. The staff is super friendly, and nice. Ben is a great manager, and Brandy is sweet and adorable. Exactly what you want in the morning if your day may be getting worse by the minute or a great day. All the same. more

This is a great place to stay. Easy to find and easy to pop downtown. Staff were friendly and breakfast was hot and delicious. Room was clean and spacious. I would definitely stay here again whenever I am in this area. more

I stayed here with my mom and younger siblings. We had a good time hanging out in the playground. My siblings definitely enjoyed it. The public terminals were also near. The staffs were very fast in assisting to our needs, too. I noticed that some guests brought their pets. So the next time I go here, I’ll definitely bring mine. more
